Life Biomass pellet burner refers to a burner that uses pellets made from agricultural and forestry waste such as straw as fuel. It adopts a semi-gasification combustion method, effectively avoiding problems like slagging during the direct combustion of straw pellets. It also uses precise control of air distribution, feeding, gasification, and combustion to achieve efficient and clean combustion within an integrated machine. The pellet burner directly outputs high-temperature flames and flue gas, which can be directly connected to boilers, industrial kilns, dryers, and other energy-using equipment, with a wide market application.
1 ) Fuel used: wood pellet or straw pellet biomass fuel; bubbling semi-gasification combustion combined with tangential swirl air distribution design ensures complete fuel combustion; the equipment operates under slight pressure without backfire or flameout phenomena;
2 ) Wide range of heat load adjustment: the burner heat load can be adjusted quickly within the rated load range 30%-120% range, with sensitive response of the starting block;
3 ) Significant pollution-free environmental benefits: using renewable biomass energy as fuel achieves sustainable energy utilization. It adopts low-temperature staged combustion technology, with low emissions of nitrogen oxides, sulfur dioxide, dust, etc. in the flue gas, making it the best alternative to coal furnaces;
4 ) No tar, wastewater, or other waste emissions: using high-temperature gas direct combustion technology, tar and others burn directly in gaseous form, solving the technical problem of high tar content in biomass gasification and avoiding secondary water pollution caused by tar washing;
5 ) Simple operation and easy maintenance: automatic feeding, air-powered ash removal, simple operation, low workload, and can be operated by a single person;
6 ) Low investment and operating costs: reasonable biomass combustion structure design, low renovation costs when used for various boilers.
