1. Carbon Black Exhaust Gas Components

Carbon black is a black, powdery substance and an important industrial raw material widely used in rubber, plastics, printing inks, coatings, asphalt, and other industries. A carbon black production line refers to the process of producing carbon black by cracking petroleum residue or natural gas at high temperatures. Carbon black production lines generate large amounts of exhaust gas during production, containing some harmful gases.

Carbon black exhaust gas is combustible waste gas produced during carbon black production. It contains combustible gases such as CO, H2, CH4, and CMHN. The calorific value of carbon black exhaust gas is relatively low, approximately 650 kcal/Nm3, and varies depending on the type of carbon black, ranging from approximately 550 to 750 kcal/Nm3. Carbon black exhaust gas has a high water content and a high sulfur content, approximately 1300 mg/Nm3. The high sulfur and water content in carbon black exhaust gas requires maintaining a high flue gas temperature during boiler design to ensure boiler safety (preventing acid mist corrosion of the boiler heating surface), resulting in boiler efficiency of only around 82%.

2. Carbon Black Exhaust Gas Applications

Mainly used in boilers, dryers, hot air furnaces, and incinerators. Control systems such as segmented fire, damper proportional adjustment, frequency conversion proportional adjustment, touch screen digital control, and PLC frequency conversion proportional control can be configured according to user requirements.

2. Ignition Method: Electronic high-voltage ignition; high-power burners are equipped with ignition guns.

3. Flame Detection Method: UV ultraviolet detection; equipped with dual-probe flame detection, flameout protection, automatic ignition, valve leak detection, overtemperature and overpressure protection, and status parameter display.

4. Temperature Control Method: Uses dual electric control valves. Segmented fire, damper proportional adjustment, frequency conversion proportional adjustment, touch screen digital control, and PLC frequency conversion proportional control systems can be configured according to user requirements.

5. Flame Combustion State: Strong and vigorous flame, complete combustion.

6. Standard Configuration: Explosion-proof blower, explosion-proof electrical cabinet, electronic ignition, UV ultraviolet detection, dual pneumatic quick-closing valves, gas electric control valve, gas high and low pressure switches, gas leak alarm, etc.

7. Combustion System: Widely used in boilers, dryers, hot air furnaces, and incinerators.
