1. Working Principle

Fly ash mixed with sludge and clay, after aging, can be granulated and calcined in a rotary kiln burner to produce construction ceramic pellets. Calcination temperature 1100-1200 ℃.

2. Burner Selection

  1. Gas Burner

Fuel: natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, blast furnace gas, coke oven gas, light hydrocarbon gas, and chemical tail gas, etc.;

  1. Oil Burner

Fuel: diesel, methanol, heavy oil, alcohol-based fuels, etc.

  1. Pulverized Coal Burner

Fuel: pulverized coal, rice husk, bran, etc.

3. Applicable Industries

Widely used in chemical, municipal, sewage and other industries for sludge and solid waste incineration treatment .
