1. Working Principle:
Raw materials such as lithium mica and spodumene mixed with other materials enter the kiln body from the kiln tail at high temperature for roasting. Inside the roasting kiln, the material moves radially and laterally due to the kiln's inclination and rotation, being carried to a high point where it exchanges heat with high-temperature flue gas, triggering thermal reactions to achieve roasting. 1100-1130 ℃, the raw materials are mostly ash slag lithium mica, spodumene, etc. 。
2. Burner Selection
- Gas Burner
Fuel: natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, blast furnace gas, coke oven gas, light hydrocarbon gas, biomass gas, etc.;
- Oil Burner
Fuel: diesel, methanol, heavy oil, alcohol-based fuels, etc.
Industry Case Currently, most burners in the industry use natural gas as fuel. Our company has adopted natural gas multi-channel burners as the main burners in the daily production of lithium carbonate projects at Ganzhou Jiangxi Xinlong Lithium Industry Co., Ltd. and Quannan Ruilong Technology Co., Ltd. 200 These projects have been in normal production use since 2024 year 3 month. 
3. Applicable Industries
Lithium carbonate can be used for lithium compounds and the manufacture of enamel and glass. It is a raw material for producing lithium compounds and metallic lithium and can be used as an additive in aluminum electrolysis baths. It is widely applied in glass, ceramics, pharmaceuticals, and food industries, and can also be used in synthetic rubber, dyes, semiconductors, military defense, televisions, atomic energy, medicine, catalysts, etc. It is used to produce acoustic-grade single crystals and optical-grade single crystals.
