Lithium Concentrate Acidification Kiln

2025-08-30

1. Working Principle

Raw materials such as lithium mica and spodumene mixed with other materials enter the kiln body from the kiln tail at high temperature for roasting. Inside the roasting kiln, the material moves radially and laterally due to the kiln's inclination and rotation, being carried to a higher position where it exchanges heat with high-temperature flue gas, triggering thermal reactions to achieve roasting. The kiln speed is adjusted by a variable frequency motor to control the material's residence time according to reaction requirements. The burner is equipped with natural gas flow and air volume monitoring and adjustment functions to regulate flue gas temperature, flow, and velocity, adapting to the roasting temperature range of the raw materials. Calcination temperature 200-330 ℃ Raw material lithium carbonate

2. Burner Selection

  1. Gas Burner

Fuel: natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, blast furnace gas, coke oven gas, light hydrocarbon gas, etc.;

  1. Oil Burner

Fuel: diesel, methanol, heavy oil, alcohol-based fuels, etc.

3. Applicable Industries

Applicable to lithium carbonate rotary kilns in many production industries such as building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry, refractory materials, and environmental protection.
