I. Overview
Energy-saving dual-fuel burners (oil and gas) use natural gas (or other gaseous fuels) and diesel (or heavy oil) as fuel. The burner can operate on diesel alone, natural gas alone, or both. This satisfies environmental requirements while reducing fuel operating costs. Oil and gas dual-fuel burners are mainly used in rotary kilns, dryers, hot air furnaces, asphalt mixing plants, and other heating equipment.
II. Advantages of oil and gas dual-channel burners:
- High calorific value, complete combustion, convenient fuel switching
- Any fuel can be used independently, strong applicability
- Environmentally friendly, significantly reduces nitrogen oxide content
- Convenient fuel sourcing, low site requirements. Primarily suitable for situations where natural gas is unavailable or expensive; diesel (or heavy oil) can be used as an alternative fuel.
- Automated control functions, various safety interlocks and automatic temperature control functions are designed to enable local and remote automatic control.
III. Structural Features
1. The outer air duct is a multi-strand discrete air duct and an annular air duct: The ejected outer air has strong penetration, breaking the shielding effect of the outer air circumference, easily forming heat reflux, and strong explosive force.
2. Easy to operate: The length, thickness, and shape of the flame are easy to control, extending the service life of the kiln lining. Stable thermal process.
3. Reasonable structure: The air ducts of the five-duct burner adopt a segmented structure, making the burner easy to maintain and repair. The front nozzle material is a heat-resistant steel casting, assembled after heat treatment, and is not easily oxidized above 1200℃. The outside of the combustion tube is protected by high-temperature castable material, effectively extending the service life of the burner.
