I. Heavy oil rotary kiln burner: A combustion device specially designed for heavy oil with high viscosity and poor atomization performance to improve the combustion performance of heavy oil. It mainly consists of a heavy oil tank, oil filter, heavy oil supply pump, light and heavy oil switching valve, fuel pump, pressure regulating valve, electric heating equipment, burner and its conveying pipelines, etc.
Working principle of rotary kiln burner Heavy oil enters the rotary kiln burner in two ways, namely swirling oil and axial oil, similar to the inner and outer air of the burner. The swirling oil is distributed in a circular shape on the outside; the axial oil is a columnar straight jet in the middle. When it reaches the head of the spray gun, it converges into one stream and enters the kiln through the atomizing plate nozzle. The atomizing plate is divided into various specifications according to the size of the nozzle. During the heating and feeding process, atomizing plates of different specifications are replaced as needed.
The structure of the kiln tail burner is the same as that of the kiln head burner. The structure of the heavy oil combustion system is much larger than the outer air. The difference between the oil pipe and the kiln head burner is that one is for oil inlet and the other is for oil return.
Technical characteristics of heavy oil burner:
- A flame stabilizer is used to maintain a stable vortex circulation at the root of the flame, reduce the rotation of the inner air, and thus reduce the primary air volume by half.
- A flame collector is used to prevent the heavy oil entrained in the airflow from dispersing arbitrarily and producing a blunt effect, making the flame shape more reasonable, avoiding high temperature at the kiln head, and extending the service life of the kiln mouth protective iron.
- The outer clean air has intermittent rectangular straight air jet, which is changed to annular gap jet at the front end of the burner, and the area of the annular gap is increased to lengthen the flame and improve the average temperature in the kiln.
- The swirl blade is installed at the front end of the inner air duct, 2cm away from the front end of the outer air cylinder wall, which plays a role in collecting the flame and avoiding high temperature at the kiln head. The inner air swirl can only pull back and lengthen the flame.
- The central air blows away the high-temperature gas around the nozzle and blows it back, which not only cools the inside of the nozzle but also cools the end face, thus protecting the head of the burner and extending the service life of the burner.
