I. The rapid and thorough mixing of coal and primary and secondary air allows for rapid heating, ignition, and burnout. When the coal wind reaches a certain characteristic requirement, the shape of the flame is determined by the inner wind, and the length is determined by the outer wind.
The burner body (nozzle and outer tube casting part, which extends into the rotary kiln furnace) will be subjected to high-temperature radiation above 1400℃, as well as erosion and corrosion from dust, and chemical corrosion from alkali sulfide compounds contained in high-temperature flue gas. Therefore, the burner must be high-temperature resistant, high-temperature wear-resistant, heat-shock resistant, chemically stable, and resistant to alkali sulfide corrosion.
II. Characteristics of Cement Kiln Burner Flame:
- The flame shape is regular and complete, the flame is stable, and there is no kiln lining sweeping phenomenon, which can extend the service life of the cement kiln lining.
- Because a high-pressure Roots blower is used to replace the traditional low-pressure centrifugal blower as the combustion-supporting air, the gaseous fuel and primary and secondary air are well mixed, and the combustion is complete, so the thermal intensity of the cement kiln can be improved, and the proportion of primary air can be reduced, thereby increasing the kiln's output and reducing heat consumption.
