I. Overview
Multi-channel coal and gas co-firing burner is Zhengzhou Zhongwei Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. specially designed for burning coal powder and gaseous fuels in rotary kilns. This burner ensures the advantages and characteristics of the five-channel burner, while increasing fuel adaptability and solving the problem of users' inability to meet production needs with a single fuel. It has been applied to the rotary kilns of chemical and metallurgical industries for pellets, ceramsite, lime, and sludge calcination, etc. etc. , It can meet environmental protection requirements and reduce fuel operating costs, creating benefits for users.

Under normal circumstances, this burner co-fires coal powder and gaseous fuel, but it can also achieve independent combustion of coal powder or gaseous fuel.

II. Structural Introduction
The structure of the multi-channel coal and gas co-firing burner is shown in the figure. : It consists of pipelines, nozzles, metal bellows compensators, butterfly valves, pressure measuring instruments, and protective layers, etc.;
Pipelines: From the outside to the inside, there are six layers in total, namely the outer straight-flow air duct, gas channel, axial flow air duct, coal-air channel, swirl air duct, and central air duct. Central air duct.
Nozzles: Processed from special materials, each pipeline pipeline outlet section area is adjustable, thereby adjusting the fuel spraying wind speed, which is one of the key components to ensure the flame shape and service life; 用寿命的关键部件之一;
Metal bellows compensator: It is the main component for connecting pipelines, sealing, and adjusting the flame shape; pressure measuring instruments indirectly display the speed and pressure of each air duct in the burner;
Protective layer: That is, the refractory castable layer, before the equipment leaves the factory casting well ;
Butterfly valves are installed at the inlets of axial flow, swirl flow, and central flow, which can independently adjust the proportion of air volume. By adjusting the adjusting nut, the pipe can be pressed inward or pulled outward, and by adjusting the size of the outlet area of each pipe, the outlet fuel wind speed can be adjusted.

III. Features
Strong Applicability
- The two fuels are mixed and burned, and coal powder or gas can also be burned separately, reducing the risk of production shutdown or high operating costs caused by a single fuel.
Flame Characteristics
- Flame shape: The flame shape is regular, complete, stable, and without fluctuation, avoiding the phenomenon of kiln lining sweeping, and prolonging the service life of the kiln lining.
- Temperature distribution: The bowl-shaped effect formed by the flame hood makes the flame temperature distribution uniform, avoiding temperature peaks and protecting the kiln mouth cylinder and guard plates.
Combustion Efficiency
- Mixed combustion: Coal gas, coal powder, and primary and secondary air are well mixed, burning completely, improving the thermal intensity of the kiln, and reducing heat consumption.
- Combustion rate: The fuel combustion rate is greater than 95%, ensuring efficient energy utilization.
Environmental Performance
- Reduce emissions: Reduce the content of CO and NOx in waste gas, which is conducive to the safe operation of dust collectors and meets environmental protection requirements. 。
Durability
- Material characteristics: The nozzle adopts special materials, which can resist oxidation above 1200℃; the coal powder inlet is protected by a wear-resistant ceramic layer, prolonging the service life.
Application Fields
- Widely used: Used in chemical, metallurgical (magnesium metal), lime rotary kilns, etc., to meet the calcination process needs of different industries.
