I. Structure and Working Principle of Fuel-fired Baking Ovens ：
Fuel-fired baking ovens typically consist of a combustion system, cover and support ，control system and combustion-assisting blower, etc. The burner atomizes the fuel oil through an atomizer mist and mixes it with air before ladle (molten iron ladle) internal combustion, generating high-temperature flames and flue gas to rapidly raise the temperature of the ladle refractory material to the required temperature (generally 900℃~1200℃ ).
Heavy oil fuel has a high calorific value and long combustion duration, suitable for long-term stable baking; diesel fuel has quick ignition and flexible adjustment, suitable for frequent start-stop use.
