I. Brick Kiln: A kiln facility used for firing clay bricks. Its core function is to transform manually made wet bricks into building bricks through drying and firing processes. The following parameters need to be controlled during the firing process: Temperature gradient: Initial drying stage 200-400 ℃, high-temperature sintering stage reaches 950 ℃. Fuel type: Coal, natural gas or diesel fuel. The kiln atmosphere control directly affects the quality of the finished product. II. Foreign red brick pusher kilns use diesel as fuel for firing brick blanks, with the following characteristics:

1. Equipped with Zhongwei energy-saving diesel burner, self-atomizing oil pressure, good diesel atomization effect, fully mixed with combustion air, good combustion effect.

2. Wear-resistant gear oil pump, two units are designed, one main and one backup configuration. An intermediate buffer oil tank is designed between the main oil tank and the diesel burner. This measure is conducive to stable oil pressure supply to the front end of the burner, stable combustion, and significant fuel saving.

3. Automatic control function, automatic ignition, oil cut-off when extinguishing, diesel quantitative control, automatic temperature control function, reserved remote interface, and central control room DCS Docking, realizing on-site remote automatic control function.
