I. Multi-windway coal gas mixed combustion burner description:
1. The burner channel arrangement is from outside to inside, in order: outer axial flow wind, swirl wind, natural gas, coal powder and central wind, and the center can be set up as an ignition channel. The head nozzle is made of heat-resistant steel and can work in an environment above 1100℃ with high temperature resistance and other characteristics.
2. The burner ignition method is manual or automatic ignition, equipped with an automatic ignition system.
3. Flame diameter: The flame shape is uniform, as close to the material as possible without touching it.
4. Flame length: Meets the requirements of the rotary kiln calcination process and can be adjusted online.
5. Structural composition: It consists of pipelines, nozzles, metal bellows compensators, butterfly valves, pressure measuring instruments and protective layers, etc.
6. Low NOx emission, environmentally friendly and up to standard.
II. Rotary kiln burner is mainly used in : Calcination of active lime, cement clinker, ceramsite sand, alumina, pellets, kaolin, etc.
