II. Burner Design Description:
1. Based on the above parameters, the FSTMD series five-channel gas-coal mixed combustion burner is selected, model FSTMD-700.
2. The burner channel arrangement is from outside to inside: outer axial flow wind, swirl wind, natural gas, pulverized coal and central wind, and an ignition channel can be set in the center. The head is made of heat-resistant steel structure, which can resist high-temperature oxidation and other characteristics in a 1200℃ working environment.
3. The burner ignition method is manual or automatic ignition, equipped with an automatic ignition system.

1. Burner model: FSTMD-700 Burner outer diameter: φ500 (excluding castable).
2. Flame diameter: The flame shape is uniform, as close to the material as possible without touching it.
