III. Features of Heat Treatment Furnaces
1. The furnace lining of the heat treatment furnace adopts an energy-saving zirconia-aluminosilicate fiber cotton structure with a thickness of 300mm. The outer shell temperature is <45℃, and the insulation performance is good.
2. The electric heating elements are selected from high-quality domestic brands, which are high-temperature resistant and have a long service life.
3. Full automatic temperature control function. According to the heat treatment process curve design, the automatic temperature control function ensures uniform heating of the workpiece, small temperature difference in the furnace chamber, and high heat treatment quality.
In addition, Zhongwei Company undertakes domestic and international gas and oil heat treatment equipment and gas-to-electricity and oil-to-electricity technical transformation projects.
