I. Concept and Use of Bag Dryers

　　Also known as baking ovens or bag dryers, these are baking devices designed for the foundry industry and steel mills for ladles such as steel ladles, iron ladles, aluminum ladles, and spheroidizing ladles. Depending on the fuel used, they can be divided into gas-fired bag dryers: natural gas bag dryers, liquefied petroleum gas bag dryers, blast furnace gas bag dryers, coke oven gas bag dryers, converter gas bag dryers, yellow phosphorus tail gas bag dryers, coal gas generator gas bag dryers, light hydrocarbon gas bag dryers, etc.;

　　Oil-fired bag dryers include: diesel bag dryers, heavy oil bag dryers, waste oil bag dryers, and blended oil bag dryers.

The vertical lifting bag dryer is a device used for drying and baking newly built and heated steel ladles in the iron smelting process. It can also be used as a baking device for rapid heating and temperature increase of iron ladles waiting to be tapped. It adopts a vertical structure, and the ladle cover can be vertically lifted and lowered. Combustion-supporting air is provided by a high-pressure blower and is used for combustion support at the burner installed in the center of the ladle cover.

　　II. Bag Dryer Self-Control System

　　The size of the baking flame can be manually adjusted or automatically adjusted. The rotating airflow moves counterclockwise, and after being fully mixed with the fuel, it burns rapidly.

　　4. Baking curve can be set for automatic temperature control baking: instrument, PLC+touch screen or DCS control system can meet the requirements of customers at different levels.

　　5. Wide range of fuels: both gas and oil can be used.

　　6. An audio-visual reminder is given when the set time is reached, and the gas is automatically shut off with an alarm; the flame size can be automatically adjusted to meet the needs of different ladles.
