I. Concept and Use of Ladle Dryers

　　Also known as baking ovens or ladle dryers, these are baking devices designed for the foundry industry and steel mills for ladles such as steel ladles, iron ladles, aluminum ladles, and spheroidizing ladles. Depending on the fuel used, they can be divided into gas-fired ladle dryers: natural gas ladle dryers, liquefied petroleum gas ladle dryers, blast furnace gas ladle dryers, coke oven gas ladle dryers, converter gas ladle dryers, yellow phosphorus tail gas ladle dryers, coal gas generator gas ladle dryers, light hydrocarbon gas ladle dryers, etc.;

　　Oil-fired ladle dryers include: diesel ladle dryers, heavy oil ladle dryers, waste oil ladle dryers, and blended oil ladle dryers.

The vertical lifting ladle dryer is a device for drying and baking newly built and heated steel ladles during the iron smelting process. It can also be used as a baking device for quickly heating and raising the temperature of iron ladles waiting to be tapped. It adopts a vertical structure, and the ladle cover can be vertically lifted and lowered. Combustion-supporting air is provided by a high-pressure blower and is used for combustion support at the burner installed in the center of the ladle cover.

　　II. Ladle Dryer Automatic Control System

　　The size of the ladle flame can be manually adjusted or automatically adjusted. 　　5. Wide range of fuels: both gas and oil can be used.

　　6. An audio-visual reminder is given when the set time is reached, and the gas is automatically shut off with an alarm; the flame size can be automatically adjusted to meet the needs of different ladles.
