Diesel heavy oil baking oven application scope: Used for online (offline) baking of steel (iron) ladles and continuous casting tundishes, including new ladle drying, rapid or slow baking of circulating ladles, and rapid baking of online ladles or tundishes and nickel iron ladles, etc. Features are as follows:
1. The baking oven nozzle uses compressed air medium atomization, and the oil pressure is designed to be 1-6 kg, suitable for diesel heavy oil fuel (adjust according to the actual situation). The fuel mist droplets are small, and the combustion is sufficient when mixed with the combustion-supporting air. There is little smoke, no flashback, and no deflagration. The flame shape is stable. The flame is long and straight, spraying towards the bottom of the ladle, and the baking effect is good.
2. The baking oven control cabinet is designed with manual and automatic control functions. The diesel heavy oil fuel nozzle has a built-in ignition nozzle, using an open flame design, assisted by high calorific value fuel (liquefied gas or natural gas). After the small nozzle burns stably, it automatically switches to the fuel nozzle, improving the fuel ignition success rate.
3. The ladle cover lining of the baking oven adopts an energy-saving fiber or castable structure with a thickness of 300mm. The nozzle is embedded in the refractory material, and the ladle cover is close-fitting to the outer edge of the ladle, reducing heat loss inside the ladle. The nozzle combustion tube material uses high-temperature resistant stainless steel 310S or silicon carbide tube, which can withstand temperatures above 1100℃, with a service life of more than 5 years and is not easily damaged. A high-precision UV probe monitors the flame combustion status in real time. Once the flame goes out, the system will issue an audible and visual alarm and immediately cut off the fuel valve to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment operation.
