  I. Characteristics of Multi-channel Rotary Kiln Burner

  1. It can not only adjust the matching ratio of the air volume of each auxiliary combustion channel, but also change the outlet area of the axial flow and swirl flow. Technically, it is superior to similar domestic products. By adjusting the corrugated compensator, the outlet area of the head can be changed, thereby changing the outlet air velocity, obtaining different airflow swirl intensities to adapt to changes in fuel composition and process conditions. It overcomes the drawbacks of adjustment caused by fuel changes, greatly adapting to fuel changes, making flame adjustment more obvious. Through the adjustment of the nozzle's forward and backward extension, the flame shape meets the needs of material calcination in the kiln.

  According to the characteristics of the production line, the burner design needs to consider increasing fuel adaptability. Based on the fuel characteristics and the changing characteristics of the kiln conditions, using new energy-saving and low-nitrogen combustion technology: velocity difference, direction difference, and pressure difference, large eddy and blunt body reflux technology, and multiple adjustment methods, through simple and convenient adjustment devices, easily achieve adaptability under the conditions of fuel fluctuation and "multi-variable" production process parameters.

  2. Convenient online adjustment of flame length

  "To do a good job, you must first sharpen your tools." To burn the kiln well and reduce the occurrence of process accidents, you must first choose a good burner, and secondly, you must be able to skillfully adjust and operate it to achieve twice the result with half the effort. This burner has excellent process adaptability, which is an inherent characteristic, making it fully and completely exert its power. Not only can the proportion of each airflow be adjusted through the butterfly valves on each channel, but the outlet area of the axial and swirl flow can also be changed by adjusting the adjusting device on the metal corrugated compensator, thereby changing the flame shape to meet the operating conditions. Each air gate butterfly valve uses a worm gear device, which is simple to operate and easy to adjust; the corrugated tube uses a new ratchet wrench adjusting device, which can be easily operated and adjusted with one hand, and the scale indicator is accurate and clear.

  (1) The flame length is extended after the outlet area of the axial flow is expanded and the axial flow volume is increased.

  3. Long service life, stable flame

  The nozzle head adopts heat-resistant cast steel material (ZG40Cr25Ni20Ti), which can resist oxidation at 1300℃. The heat-resistant steel is subjected to solution heat treatment to ensure the wear resistance of the nozzle at high temperatures; the assembly precision of each component at the head of the burner is high, and the coaxiality and flatness of the nozzle head are ensured during the assembly process. The coaxiality of the nozzle head is strictly controlled within 0.2 and the flatness is within 0.3 to ensure the regularity, integrity, and stability of the burner flame shape.
