Rotary Lime Kiln
1. The rotary lime kiln is a new type of rotary kiln specifically designed for the calcination characteristics of limestone. Daily output: 150-1200t/d.
2. Fuel selection: Coal powder, coke oven gas, lanthanum coal gas, converter gas, blast furnace gas, calcium carbide furnace gas, natural gas, diesel, heavy oil, liquefied petroleum gas, yellow phosphorus tail gas, biomass fuel as raw materials.
3. Rotary kiln burner characteristics:
(1) Design gas, oil and coal powder single fuel or multi-fuel mixed combustion rotary kiln burner. The control cabinet can realize various automatic control functions, automatic ignition and fire extinguishing protection, leakage protection and temperature control functions. The burner combustion tube is made of high-temperature and corrosion-resistant materials, and the combustion tube is cast with high-temperature castable materials. The length extending into the kiln is 1000mm-4000mm depending on the furnace requirements, and can be customized. Fixed or mobile trolley type is available. A high-precision UV probe monitors the flame combustion status in real time. Once the fire is extinguished, the system will generate an audible and visual alarm and immediately cut off the fuel valve to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.
(2) The fixed leakage alarm continuously monitors the gas leakage of the equipment. Once an abnormality occurs, an audible and visual alarm is generated, and the main fuel valve group is immediately cut off to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.
(3) The DCS control system can realize remote monitoring functions. All auxiliary equipment of the rotary kiln, including desulfurization, denitrification and dust removal, can be remotely monitored.
(4) Design of rotary kiln dust removal, desulfurization and denitrification equipment.
