Structural characteristics of the Zhongwei ZWH series rotary kiln burner:
1. The rotary kiln burner adopts a stable flame disk structure. The air holes in the stable flame disk can achieve rotating airflow, enhancing the mixing of air and gas jet fuel, preventing blow-off and flashback. The flame shape and length can be adjusted online. A two-channel or multi-channel structure can be designed according to the function of the air duct.
2. The rotary kiln burner has a long service life. The combustion tube material is selected from 310S stainless steel or a high-temperature castable protective sleeve, capable of withstanding temperatures of 1100-1300℃. The combustion tube extends into the kiln for a depth of 1000-4000mm, extending the high-temperature zone of the rotary kiln. Sufficient contact time between the high-temperature flue gas and the material ensures good calcination quality.
4. The rotary kiln control cabinet is designed with various automated control functions, including automatic ignition and protection, a high-precision UV probe, and a leakage alarm device. If the flame goes out or gas leaks, the system will issue an audible and visual alarm and immediately cut off the gas supply to ensure personnel and equipment safety. Interfacing with the central control room DCS technology enables both on-site and remote control functions.
5. Mobile trolley type, ground rail type or hanging type, convenient for on-site operation and equipment maintenance.
6. Supporting design of desulfurization and denitrification pollution prevention and purification equipment. To solve the problem of NOx exceeding the standard in the high-temperature rotary kiln flue gas, Zhongwei Company designs SNCR or SCR denitrification processes, with supporting denitrification equipment and online monitoring devices to meet low-nitrogen emission requirements.
