The ECLIPSE burner uses a multiple air and gas mixing combustion method, with complete combustion and energy (gas) savings that are unmatched by ordinary gun-type burners. The internal structure of the ECLIPSE burner head uses different alloy structures, resulting in an exceptionally long lifespan under high-temperature combustion. It also employs multiple protection designs for worry-free safety and easy maintenance and repair.
The ECLIPSE burner has been proven through numerous experiments to provide excellent drying effects for powder liquid coating, electroplating, and electrophoresis. It is also suitable for T4 and T6 heat treatment furnaces, food baking, ceramics, and printing, rubber, foam, wood, agricultural products, textiles, drying, curing, and incineration.
