I. Characteristics of Liquefied Petroleum Gas
Liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) is composed of hydrocarbons, mainly propane, butane, and other alkanes or alkenes. The combined percentage of propane and butane is greater than 60%; below this proportion, it cannot be called liquefied petroleum gas. It generates a large amount of heat during combustion and its firepower can be adjusted according to heating process needs. Although LPG is convenient to use, it also has safety hazards. If there is a gas leak in the pipeline or the valve is not closed tightly, LPG will diffuse into the room. When the concentration reaches the explosion limit (1.7%~10%), it will explode when encountering a spark or electric spark. To remind people to promptly detect LPG leaks, factories often mix a small amount of odorous mercaptans or sulfide compounds into the LPG. Once there is a leak, this smell will be immediately noticeable, allowing for emergency measures to be taken.
II. Characteristics of LPG Burners
Zhengzhou Zhongwei Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. mass produces LPG burners targeting the characteristics of liquefied petroleum gas. They design and manufacture LPG forging heating furnaces, mold shell baking furnaces, aluminum melting furnaces, small steel rolling heating furnaces, old sand baking furnaces, drying machine hot air furnaces, and baking ovens, etc. When using LPG burners, a gasification device is required to facilitate the complete combustion of LPG.
1. The burner adopts a stable flame plate structure design. The gasified LPG and combustion air are fully mixed and burned to generate heat, which is an important combustion device for drying, heating, melting, or calcining materials. A built-in dual electrode is interlocked with the burner controller to achieve automatic ignition and flame detection functions. The combustion tube material is selected from stainless steel 310S or silicon carbide tube, which can withstand temperatures above 1100℃ and has a service life of more than 5 years.
2. The LPG burner is used with a gasifier. After heating and pressure reduction, the liquefied petroleum gas is transported through pipelines to the burner and injected into the furnace for combustion to reach the required operating temperature. The leakage alarm device monitors the gas leakage status in real time. Once a leak occurs, the system will generate an audible and visual alarm and immediately cut off the gas valve to ensure personnel and equipment safety.
3. The control cabinet is designed with various automatic control functions: automatic ignition, flameout alarm, safety shutdown, and leakage alarm shutdown functions. It interfaces with the central control room DCS to achieve remote monitoring functions.
Friendly Reminder: Due to different user requirements for LPG burners, the functions and configurations vary, resulting in different prices. The prices indicated on the website are for reference only. The specific price can only be determined after technical communication with Zhongwei. We appreciate your understanding.
