I. Blast Furnace Gas Burner Equipment
Blast furnace gas burners, also known as blast furnace gas nozzles, are important combustion devices that burn fuel after it passes through the nozzle and is sprayed into the furnace chamber or cylinder, and the high-temperature flue gas calcines or heats the materials.
II. Features of Zhongwei ZWG Series Blast Furnace Gas Burners:
1. The combustion tube of the blast furnace gas nozzle uses thickened 310s stainless steel or silicon carbide material, which can withstand high temperatures of 1100-1300℃, with a service life of more than 5 years. It has a built-in ignition nozzle design, using high-calorific value fuel (such as liquefied petroleum gas). First, ignite the small nozzle and wait for stable combustion before automatically switching to the main gas nozzle to ensure safe and successful ignition.
2. Flameout and leakage protection function design, high-precision UV probe and leakage alarm device, real-time monitoring of flame combustion and gas leakage status. Once flameout or slight leakage occurs, the system will generate an audible and visual alarm and immediately cut off the gas to ensure the safety of operators and equipment.
3. The blast furnace gas burner control cabinet is designed with an automatic temperature control function. According to the heating process curve requirements of the supporting equipment, an automatic temperature control function can be designed. It can be connected to the DCS technology of the central control room to realize on-site and remote monitoring functions.
4. The complete set of blast furnace gas burner equipment includes: nozzle, safety ignition box, control cabinet, automatic adjustment and cut-off valve, flame detection device, auxiliary air blower, gas and air pipelines, etc., which can be designed as a separate unit or an integrated unit. Blast furnace gas burners are widely used in heating furnaces, melting furnaces, hot air furnaces for dryers, fluidized bed furnaces, and boiler equipment, etc.
5. In order to improve the utilization rate of blast furnace gas fuel, it can be mixed with other fuels with similar calorific value and composition, such as converter gas and coke oven gas, which are called high-converter gas and high-coke gas. Oxygen enrichment or pure oxygen can also be added to improve combustion efficiency and better utilize blast furnace gas fuel.
