Characteristics of Heavy Oil Rotary Kiln Burners:
1. Fuel Efficiency. Diesel or heavy oil burners use compressed air atomization. The smaller the oil mist particle size, the better the mixing of combustion air and oil mist, resulting in complete combustion.
2. If using high-viscosity heavy oil as fuel, auxiliary heating measures must be adopted to enhance the fluidity of the heavy oil fuel. A buffer tank is designed in the fuel pipeline, and the oil storage tank is designed with electric heating to enhance the fluidity of the heavy oil for better atomization, mixing, and complete combustion.
3. The combustion tube material of the rotary kiln burner is selected as 310S stainless steel or a castable protective sleeve to withstand temperatures above 1100℃, with a service life of more than 3 years. The length of the combustion tube generally extends 1000mm-4500mm into the kiln, depending on the kiln diameter.
4. The flame is long and rigid, with a long material residence time in the high-temperature zone, resulting in high calcination quality.
5. Scope of supply: Rotary kiln burner with mobile trolley, fuel oil pump, compressed air atomization device, oil storage tank (including intermediate buffer tank), combustion air blower, fuel pipeline and accessories, etc.
