Diesel and heavy oil burners for red brick kilns: top or side layout; high-quality straw-fired red bricks
Foreign red brick kilns use diesel or heavy oil as fuel. The characteristics and precautions are as follows:
1. Red brick kilns eliminate internal combustion, completely using diesel or heavy oil as fuel. A top or side wall layout design ensures flames fill the entire furnace, ensuring uniform furnace temperature, small temperature difference, and high red brick sintering quality.
2. The diesel burner combustion tube uses 310S stainless steel or silicon carbide structure, withstanding 1100-1300℃ high temperatures, and a service life of more than 5 years. The length of the combustion tube depends on the kiln wall thickness and sintering process requirements.
3. Diesel burners use high-speed, high-pressure atomization of fuel particles, which are then mixed with a large area of high-speed combustion air for complete combustion and reduced black smoke and oil dripping.
4. If heavy oil fuel is used, the heavy oil buffer tank and pipelines need to be heated. The heating temperature depends on the viscosity and fluidity of the fuel oil.
Zhongwei Environmental Protection Group undertakes: domestic and foreign red brick kiln coal-to-gas and coal-to-oil projects, responsible for the overall contracting of projects including the design and construction of gas and oil storage tanks and pipelines; overseas: design and construction services for red brick tunnel kilns.
